WHAT IS GOJUKAI TRAINING

Gojukai Training is One of Karate martial Art's from Okinawa, Japan. Our Goju Training can be an effective way to gain mental and physical fitness. We are part of IKGA " International Karate Gojukai Association ".

GO means Hard, and JU means Soft, so the meaning of Goju is how to protect yourself by using combination of Hard & Soft. And yes, it seems like a Taichi movement.

We will do " GO " exercise, we call it " SANCHIN " and " JU " exercise, we call it " TENSHIO ".
Our Goju training is Safety, Practice & Fun, is designed for Kids, Adult, Parent, Male & Female.
